I think the current cutaway model sells from around $300 USD new at MF (but not sure if it's the same model as mentioned earlier.Īgain, just keep your eyes peeled. It will say Ibanez "Performance" on the headstock. While I can't remember the model of the Ibanez Performance (it was a cutaway) I've played other Performer models that were just as good. If you can remember the model name of the Ibanez you tried that would be helpful cause I like their performance series a lot. They build total solid builds for really cheap price. I've been and still look at a good list of manufacturers like Furch, Simon & Patrick, Ibanez and one that I just recently discovered Parkwood. Either this guitar has had a neck reset and this guy isn't being honest or the guitar is in dire need of a neck reset. I was looking at this the other day and looks good but pic 4 and 9 strike me as weird.

I'm becoming more and more afraid to take it on long trips and don't want to risk anything. A new yairi would set me back I want an affordable good backup to an already good D28. Alvarez was first on my list when I started this search.
